Trial Classes
We offer one complimentary trial class per student before enrollment. This allows students and parents to experience our classes and decide if our program is the right fit.
Payments and Withdrawals
A valid credit card must be kept on file at all times.
Tuition will be charged on the 1st of each month.
To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, withdrawal requests must be submitted on or before the last day of the current month.
No refunds or credits will be issued once payment has been processed.
Withdrawals will be effective as of the last day of the month in which the withdrawal is requested; mid-month cancellations are not permitted.
Any changes to the payment method must be submitted on or before the last day of the current month.
Payments that are more than 5 days past due without communication will result in automatic withdrawal from classes.
Annual Membership Fee
The fee is $50 per family, billed annually.
If you are actively enrolled, your membership will automatically renew and charge on your anniversary date each year.
If you are not actively enrolled, your membership will expire one year after the purchase date.
The fee grants access to programs, discounts, and membership perks.
Absences and Add-On Classes
We kindly ask that you notify us in advance if your child will miss a class. We will send daily email reminders asking for attendance updates.
If you wish to attend an additional or alternate class due to a missed session, you may contact us the night before or on the day of the desired class.
If space is available, your child is welcome to join the class at no extra charge. Please note that add-on classes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
The only class your child is guaranteed is the one in which they are already enrolled.
Transfers
Transfers to a different day or time can be requested at any time, subject to availability in the desired class.
Once a transfer is completed, the original spot will no longer be reserved.
Proper Conduct and Apparel
All female gymnasts in preschool classes and up are expected to wear a closed back one piece leotard. Stretch shorts or leggings are optional.
Male gymnasts should wear shorts and a t-shirt. Please avoid very baggy clothing as it can be a safety risk.
Bare feet are always preferred. No shoes are permitted in the gym.
Long hair should be tied back.
Ninja students should wear comfortable athletic clothing and clean, dry sneakers.
No jewelry is permitted in the gym other than stud earrings. Please leave any jewelry or valuables at home.
No food, gum or beverages other than water are permitted in the gym.
At Precision Gymnastics Academy we strive to create a positive and encouraging environment. We expect respect and kindness at all times between instructors, staff, students and families. Any behavior that does not reflect our values will be addressed immediately and in severe cases can result in removal from our programs.
