Tumble Stars

This is a 45 minute Mommy and Me participation class designed for infants and toddlers - 18 months to 3.5 years old, allowing young children to explore movement and develop motor skills while bonding with their caregivers. Classes focus on fun activities that promote physical development and social interaction.

Preschool

Tailored for children aged 3.5 to 5 years, our preschool gymnastics classes aim to build a foundation of strength, coordination, and flexibility. Our experienced instructors ensure a playful yet structured environment, fostering early gymnastics skills while promoting confidence and teamwork.

Recreational

Open to children and teens, our recreational programs focus on skill development, fitness, and enjoyment. Participants will learn gymnastics techniques in a fun and engaging manner, allowing them to progress at their own pace while building self-esteem.

Tumbling

Available for all levels, our tumbling classes provide a focused approach to mastering floor tumbling skills. These classes cater to beginner, intermediate and advanced students, allowing for personalized coaching to help each gymnast achieve their tumbling goals.
